LEVEL 2 TRADE SUPPORT ANALYST

We are searching for a .Net/C# Software developer to contribute to the design and development of the SpiderRock platform. We expect this individual to have a desire to learn, participate in engineering discussions, and contribute to the various components of the SpiderRock cloud, APIs and software. We seek a candidate with a strong desire to contribute to our development team’s fast paced development cycle.
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS
Analyzing and coordinating business activities and operational resources for various large business data projects; analyzing and validating a model against requirements documents; designing Business Requirements Documents (“BRD”); facilitating and coordinating JAD sessions to expedite and streamline the requirement gathering process; creating requirement traceability matrix to track existing versus future state to achieve business objectives; analyzing information obtained from operational data, customer information and competitive market analysis; analyzing supply chain data to develop forecast for future needs; identifying supply chain partners to negotiate sourcing deals for critical products; developing key metrics, tracking metrics and financial performance to identify existing and potential issues and concerns; developing and implementing budget models for each entity and monitoring budget versus actuals; preparing consolidated financial reports for all entities and comparing budgets versus key metrics and ratios; researching competitors for options and future market data; evaluating market opportunity against business plans and business requirement documents to determine whether to proceed with a potential opportunity; monitoring and analyzing market price adjustment and ensuring that the adjustments are passed through the product cost; coordinating problem and issue review with follow-up on assigned actions; evaluating business processes for efficiency, usability and replacement; analyzing risk and identifying areas of improvement throughout the business life cycle; recommending modifications to the project scope throughout the business life cycle based on the status and issues arising during the project; and developing reports for management regarding project status, issues and outcomes.
Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business or Economics and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in Business Analysis field.
Special requirements: Experience with analyzing and solving business issues; preparing management reports; developing and implementing budget models; and preparing consolidated financial reports.
